【摘要】目的：探究門诊2型糖尿病患者格列美脲、阿卡波糖等临床常用口服降糖药物的使用情况及合理性。方法：筛选2020年9月—2021年9月期间我院门诊共19550张处方，对其中口服降糖药物出现频次进行统计分析，同时分析口服降糖药物的使用合理性。结果：在全部19550张门诊处方中共筛选出1017张口服降糖药处方，构成比为5.20%。其中单用处方、双联处方、三联处方及四联处方分别占比409张（40.22%）、401张（39.43%）、178张（17.50%）及29张（2.85%）。在全部处方中口服降糖药出现频次共有779次，双胍类降糖药出现频次最多，其中二甲双胍及二甲双胍缓释片分别出现129次（16.56%）及105次（13.48%）；
磺酰脲类降糖药中的格列美脲及格列喹酮片分别出现67次（8.60%）及32次（4.11%）；
α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂类降糖药中的阿卡波糖片出现120次（15.40%）。结论：从我院对于治疗2型糖尿病临床常用口服降糖药物的使用情况可以看出，基本处于合理使用范围，不存在药物滥用现象，药物应用以单一用药和双联用药较多，三联及四联用药情况较少。

Study on the clinical use and rationality of oral hypoglycemic drugs such as glimepiride and acarbose

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the use and rationality of common clinical oral hypoglycemic drugs such as glimepiride and acarbose in outpatient type 2 diabetes patients.Methods：From September 2020 to September 2021，a total of 19550 prescriptions were screened，and the frequency of oral hypoglycemic drugs was statistically analyzed，and the rationality of oral hypoglycemic drugs was also analyzed and analyze the rationality of oral hypoglycemic drugs.Results：A total of 1017 prescriptions of oral hypoglycemic drugs were screened from all 19550 outpatient prescriptions，with a constituent ratio of 5.20%.Among them，409 prescriptions （40.22%），401 prescriptions （39.43%），178 prescriptions （17.50%） and 29 prescriptions （2.85%） were for single use，double prescriptions，triple prescriptions and quadruple prescriptions，respectively.Among all the prescriptions，oral hypoglycemic drugs appeared 779 times in total，and the most frequent were biguanidine hypoglycemic drugs，of which metformin and metformin sustained-release tablets appeared 129 times （16.56%） and 105 times（13.48%） respectively；
Glimepiride and gliquidone tablets in sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs appeared 67 times （8.60%） and 32 times（4.11%） respectively；
Acarbose tablets in α-glucosidase inhibitors hypoglycemic drugs appeared 120 times （15.40%）.Conclusion：It can be seen from the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs commonly used in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes in our hospital that they are basically in the scope of reasonable use，and there is no drug abuse，and the drug application is more in single and double combination，and less triple and quadruple drugs.
